You definitetly are a nerd, but in the kindest sebse of the word. You really brought me into this, while i was not at all a programmer. Going further with my desired app, i discovered some problems with Scripting Bridge, and i still not know how to deal with preference settings and localizations. Just in case you have problems finding issues for your next shows …
I would love to see more of you, even if you’re dealing with totally different things.
    kindest greetings from germany!

    Hi there!!!

But I have this problem with 2 of your podcasts (number 5 & 8). While I have downloaded them into my itunes, they refuse to sync with my iphone saying something like “these videos cannot be played on this iphone”… i mean ytf :S

    any clues??

Great podcast Kevin! It’s been a great help to me starting out with Obj-C and cocoa.

I’m a long time Windows programmer (using various languages) and I’m totally impressed with your grasp of Obj-C and OOP concepts.

Thanks for your time & efforts producing these podcasts. I hope you keep it going.

    hey Kevin!

I discovered your podcast somehow while looking for Matt Gemmel’s; looks good so far, hope to see more from you.

Just an FYI – it’s pronounced OS /ten/ not, OS /x/; there is no alternative pronunciation.

Now get to updating, it’s looks like it’s been a couple months!

  6. Kevin Says:

Yeah, I’ve heard that before. Seems half the people I talk to say it’s X and half say it’s 10. So I just pronounce it the way I always have unless I’m talking about the version number and not the OS itself. Not gonna say “OS X.5″ :P

  7. lowell Says:

Everyone at Apple pronounces it as /ten/.

When can we expect a new episode? :)

Where did you go? I loved your podcasts – got more out of them than any other cocoa instruction on the web.

Please consider coming back online. If there is something we can do to help, let us know.
